Agreement Acknowledgment

Contract Start Dates begin on the day each item is entered.

Compensation Terms:

a. Upon sale, Green Goose Consignments, LLC (GG) will retain 60% of the sale price on all Furniture, Home Décor, and Costume Jewelry.

b. A 10% buyer’s fee will be added to each item. This fee is not shared with the consignor.

Consignment Term and Pricing Structure:

The consignment term is defined as 120 calendar days. Pricing is adjusted over time as follows:

Days 1–29: Full price
Days 30–59: 10% discount
Days 60–89: 20% discount
Days 90–120: 50% discount (items may be retrieved during this time)

Items not retrieved by day 121 become the property of Green Goose Consignments, LLC.

Payout Policy:

Payouts must be picked up within 120 days of the first payout date. Any payouts not collected within this time will be forfeited.

Green Goose Consignments, LLC (GG) does not notify consignors of account activity or when payouts are available.

All issued checks are valid for 30 days only, which includes processing time.

All payouts are forfeited if not collected within 120 days from the first payout date.

Condition of Consigned Items:

a. Green Goose Consignments, LLC (GG) reserves the right to refuse any item upon delivery, even if it was previously approved via email or text.

b. A cleaning fee will be applied to any items that require cleaning before being sold.

1. Retained Fees
1. a. Upon sale, Green Goose Consignments, LLC (GG) will retain:
  1. i. 60% on all Furniture, Home Décor and Costume Jewelry.
2. b. A 10% buyer’s fee will be added to each item. No portion of this fee will be paid to the Consignor.
2. Pricing
1. a. GG will determine the original and final selling prices.
2. b. GG reserves the right to offer promotional, discretionary, and/or conditional discounts on any item.
3. Length of Term
1. a. The consignment term is defined as 120 calendar days. Pricing structure:
  1. i. Days 1–29: full price
  2. ii. Days 30–59: 10% discount
  3. iii. Days 60–89: 20% discount
  4. iv. Days 90–120: 50% discount; items may be retrieved
  5. v. After 121 days, items become GG property
2. b. Items under $25 will not be discounted; store-wide sales may apply.
3. c. Holiday items are not discounted and must be picked up within three days after the holiday or they will be donated.
4. d. $25 fee for each item retrieved early.
5. e. Consignor is responsible for tracking retrieval date; no reminders will be sent. Online account access is available at no charge.
6. f. GG may terminate the agreement at any time without penalty.
4. Consignment Payouts
1. a. Payouts forfeited if not picked up within 120 days of first payout date. GG does NOT notify consignors of activity or payment.
2. b. Funds processed last day of each month; checks available for pickup on the 10th of the following month.
3. c. Funds under $31.50 can be rolled over or paid in cash after the 10th.
4. d. Checks must be picked up by consignor. If mailed, lost checks incur $35 reissue fee.
5. e. Checks valid for 30 days (including processing time). All payouts forfeited 120 days after first payout date.
6. f. $1.50 non-refundable fee deducted per printed check payout.
5. Liability
1. a. GG does not assume liability for loss, damage, or destruction of consigned items.
2. b. By signing, consignor gives GG the right to press charges for criminal theft and damages to inventory.
3. c. No cross-listing allowed during the contract.
6. Condition of Consigned Items
1. a. GG has the right to refuse items approved through email/text after delivery.
2. b. Cleaning fee will be assessed for items that require cleaning.
7. Delivery & Pick-up of Merchandise
1. a. GG does not provide delivery or pick-up services.
2. b. GG is not liable for any loss, damage, or destruction caused during loading, unloading, or delivery at any time.
8. Ownership
1. a. By signing, the consignor confirms sole ownership of all items including associated rights.
9. Handbags
1. a. Upon sale, GG will retain 50% commission on handbags.
10. Agreement Changes
1. a. GG reserves the right to change the terms of the consignment agreement at any time.
